Pros: Good gunfights.
Cons: Nudity seemed gratuitous, the language was also sometimes gratuitous, this is perhaps the worst action movie ever. Colin Ferrel cannot act so I just didn't get his performance and he was completely overshadowed by Jamie Foxx.
If someone asks you to watch this shoot them in the face.

I thought it was a pretty good movie. You're right Colin Ferrel is an awful actor, but I thought it was a good movie in spite of him. I'm a big fan of Michael Mann movies though.
Dude, it was awful. I had pretty high expectations though.
