Tim McGraw

In typical Hollywood/Entertainer style Tim McGraw and Faith Hill toured the gulf coast area devastated by Katrina and began to harshly criticize the federal government and specifically President Bush. Ironically this comes five days AFTER President Bush made his fifth visit to the area and chastised congress for their slow response. He also asked for 38 billion dollars to be appropriated as quickly as possible to speed up the process. Of course this act doesn't make the news since it wasn't something seemingly evil. Someone needs to get a handle on how much high profile people are allowed to shoot off at the mouth before they apprise themselves fully of a situation. I also think Tim McGraw plans to pursue politics when he quits the music business, nice start buddy.

I posted on this yesterday.

What struck me was how they could criticize Bush on Katrina while obviously and notably failing to criticize him on his war crimes.

I guess getting trailers to their relatives and fans in Mississippi and Louisiana is more important than the ongoing atrocities toward Muslims.

He hasn't committed any "war crimes". I don't mind if you disagree with the war, but don't misuse terminology. Nothing illegal was done. I also don't really think allowing Muslims to vote for their own government is an atrocity. Your write up about napalming is the same tired and untrue rhetoric we have been seeing for too long. I served in two armed conflicts and though innocent people sometimes get hurt their is certainly no indiscriminate napalming these days. great care is taken to try an avoid civilian casualties. I am sure that you know better though. I think you should run for President Wadena.

If you would do some research you would find that the U.S. has fought to help Muslim people in the last few armed conflicts. Bosnia and Somalia just to name two. Do some research before you start spouting leftist talking points
